Kombucha originated in China around 220 B.C. as an elixir drink. So the story goes that Dr.Kombu, a Korean physican first brought the tea (also known as "cha") to Japan and had successfully cured Emperor Inkyo; hence, the name "Kombucha." For its healing properties, kombucha had been brought to Europe, Russia and many other countries along trade route. Today, Kombucha is a worldwide healthy drink where each country, region, down to the brewer have their own techniques and characteristics.

Three Goats Kombucha are made from fermenting pure water, organic tea leaves, organic cane sugar, and live culture known as SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast.) Our fermentation process takes around 30 days to complete and during this time the yeast & bacteria feeds off the sugar and produce good bacteria, organic acids, increase antioxidants level. After the fermentation, our kombucha is left with 3-4% of sugar resulting in a low sugar beverage compare to your juices, herbal drink, and soda pops. The way we flavor our kombucha is 100% natural with real fruits, spices, herbs. We believe even when you are enjoying a healthy drink, you have to watch out for the sugar content in it to truly enjoy it guilt-free. So we take on the infuse technique because we like the real taste and we do not want to add extra sugar to the kombucha. Every bottle of our kombucha has been crafted carefully as we want to deliver a healthy kombucha that tastes as good as the health benefits go. After all these processes, the kombucha become a tangy and sparkling beverage that is great as your all-day refreshment, or it can perfectly be paired with your food.

We just love Kombucha, and we want to make this probiotic drink an all-day healthy refreshment for everyone! Keeping each product real & natural, we are determined to capture sensory appreciation for our drinkers.

 

Our brewers love to experiment, combining the traditional way of Kombucha brewing with the brewing of craft beer, and cooking itself. The selected ingredients run from fruits, spices, herbs to hops!  There are indeed no boundary to our ingredient choices as long as it made our Kombucha tasty.  We believe that best tastes come from nature that is why we avoid all artificial flavors in our fermentation. 

We try to sourced as much of local organic ingredients as much as we can believing that the best and freshest ingredients tend to be those closest to us.
